The interior design of Royal Tulip Warsaw Apartments won the first prize in the prestigious World Architecture Festival 2023 competition in the INSIDE – Hotels category. During the final Gala of the competition in Singapore, the award was received personally by Magda Federowicz – Boule and Anna Federowicz from Pracownia Tremend and Rafał Kincer, CEO of Unique Apartments Warszawa, the operator of the facility.
The World Architecture Festival is one of the most renowned events in the field of architecture in the world, gathering representatives of distinguished design studios from various countries. Getting onto the competition "short list" is a significant distinction in itself.
The project, created by a talented team of Tremend architects, designers and industry specialists commissioned by Marvipol Development SA, was appreciated by the international jury for creativity, originality and a unique way of integrating design, budget with the unique character of Royal Tulip Warsaw Apartments. This honorable distinction confirms the excellence of interior design, which combines luxury, innovation and functionality, as well as aesthetics that are in line with current global trends.
