December here smells not only of Christmas, but also of thoughtful little gestures.
On St Nicholas Day, we’ve prepared a surprise for our guests – small gifts will appear on apartment door handles on 6 December. It’s a tradition we cherish, because we love sparking smiles even before breakfast.
The day before, on 5 December from 3:00 p.m., we invite you to a festive gathering in the lobby by the tree. It’s a moment where guests from around the world come together, and the Christmas spirit happens all on its own.
And throughout December, you’ll find traditional, aromatic gingerbread at reception. Help yourself whenever you fancy a sweet treat or simply need a little moment of joy after returning from the city.
Festive flavours at Savoré
At Savoré, December has a rhythm of its own. The festive menu tells a story of winter – beginning gently with the subtle notes of smoked halibut paired with a lemony freshness.
Then comes something more classic and heart-warming – traditional beetroot borscht, served with a crisp croquette that tastes like a childhood memory.
The main course features pike-perch, baked in butter until tender and full of flavour, served with barley, vegetables, and a saffron sauce that brings a sunny glow to the winter table. It’s the kind of dish that makes you pause and simply savour the moment.
And when it’s time for dessert – a baked apple with cinnamon arrives. Served with seasonal gingerbread, chocolate, and a hint of bison grass, it’s filled with the true scent and soul of Christmas – the perfect way to end the evening.
Savoré Café and Savoré Bar are also in a festive mood – with spiced teas, winter drinks, aromatic blends, and sweet treats. Even our breakfast buffet has taken on a holiday touch, making every morning feel just a little more special.
